“Anthony did wonderful work, was honest and fair in his dealings, and finished the addition exactly to our liking. If things went wrong, he fixed them and let us know, absorbing costs along the way. He responded to our comments and communicated with us often and effectively. The timeline for the project was much longer than any of us anticipated, partly due to unforeseen issues and partly due to scheduling. In the end, we are very happy with the project and would recommend Left Coast Builders and would hire them again.”

The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. “I had heard horror stories from friends and family in regards to their experience with contractors and remodeling projects. My remodeling experience with James was wonderful! He is organized, reliable, reasonable and positive. I appreciated his style of open communication and can-do attitude. He remodeled our kitchen, put new flooring in, painted all walls, replaced vanities in our bathrooms and replaced the windows in our entire house. His subcontractors were reliable and friendly. “Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“We just finished remodeling our master bathroom with Johnson and Sons Construction. They are a fantastic company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor that is honest, professional, easy to communicate with, and holds their work to a high standard. At one point during our project, Vic recognized that our floor tile was not laid out properly. Before, I even had a chance to see it, Vic notified me of the issue and had it corrected at no extra expense. Vic and his entire crew are absolute professionals.
