He is organized, reliable, reasonable and positive. I appreciated his style of open communication and can-do attitude. “We hired Derek to repair drywall in 2 bathrooms that had been cutout for plumbing repairs, additionally one cabinet had to be re-installed. Derek did a great job restoring the drywall, blending the texture into the previous texture, and painting. He also re-installed the cabinet back to its original condition. We are very satisfied with Derek's workmanship and enjoyed working with him. I will hire him again should the need arise.”

“Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.”
