He is organized, reliable, reasonable and positive. I appreciated his style of open communication and can-do attitude. He remodeled our kitchen, put new flooring in, painted all walls, replaced vanities in our bathrooms and replaced the windows in our entire house. His subcontractors were reliable and friendly. “We wanted to remodel part of our basement and had several contractors come out to provide a bid. We ended up going with Christensen Contractors, Inc because of their professionalism, the options they provided us and the price the quoted was very reasonable. Throughout the process we had constant communication with Don the owner. He was always courteous and available. The crew that did the work were also professional and did an excellent job. The job went extremely well and was better than what we expected. There were never any hidden costs and the job came in on the agreed upon budget. We are extremely pleased with the work of Don’s company and will hire them again for any future work needed.”

Chris was professional and thoughtful when he came to bid. He offered great suggestions which showed his knowledge and experience. During the project Chris was very mindful and tried to be as less obtrusive as possible. He went above and beyond this project to make sure all the finer details were taken care of. “Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.”

“I added a 2nd floor to my one-story house and used Houseworks for the entire project. The scope of this remodel was overwhelming to me at the time, but everyone at Houseworks helped me get through such a big project. They were extremely capable, talented, thoughtful, and came up with good solutions to the problems that arose. I knew I was in good hands with this company. They finished when they said they would and stayed within the budget agreed upon. Also, they were very thoughtful and contacted my neighbors before they began in order to lessen the impact on them. All the way around it was a very good experience with Houseworks and would give them the highest recommendation. If I were to do another remodel, I would only consider Tim House with Houseworks.”
