“I had 2 bathrooms remodeled in October 2017. The contractor was professional and carried out the work well. Kris was project manager at that time who supervised the project and communicated well throughout. I proceeded with a change order to include painting and tiling of the master bedroom to match the bathroom. Rafael Inc was the company who secured my business again when I was needing my kitchen & living room to be updated. From the design( thank you Sandra), to the contractor & new project manager I now have a beautiful kitchen/ living room. Is the final product perfect & flawless? - of course not, but given the scope of the project I am happy with the outcome. Minor "glitches" which popped up after the contractors had long gone were dealt with efficiently. Thank you all at Rafael Inc. **. I have told friends and colleagues that you were responsible for the transformation.- Margo Farris”

“Island Woodworking built a free standing kitchen cabinet with a work table top for our kitchen a year ago in 2012. The cabinet foot print is trapezoidal causing the work to be highly technical. A great deal of effort went into finding ready made parts to minimize the price. The finished work fulfilled all our expectations: the overall shape and size, the functionality of the doors and drawers, the color scheme, and the worktop material and finish. We were in no hurry to have this piece finished and installed, therefore I can't judge Island Woodworking's ability to meet deadlines.”

“"We had the tub replaced with a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom. We are very pleased with the result. Pedro did and excellent job in helping my wife select the tile and trim. The result was outstanding. The entire crew from Genesis Brothers was very professional, always on time, and kept a neat construction site. Despite major demoliton, there was minimal disruption to our daily family routine. Genesis Brothers was price competitive and used the highest quality products. “I found Empire Kitchen and Bath as a contractor online. I read the reviews of previous customers and requested an appointment to consider them. The sales associate was on time and professional. I got my drawing and estimate right on time. The quote was very reasonable for the work so I decided to hire them. The customer service from this team has been outstanding. A couple of issues that came up during the job were immediately addressed and corrected as the owner checked in with me periodically. The end work was beautiful and I am very, very satisfied. I would recommend Empire Kitchen and bath to anyone in the Jacksonville area. Jack, Eva, Kelly, and their crew were all great to work with. As soon as I can do my kitchen remodel, I will likely call Empire Kitchen and Bath again for the job.”

“Marcel is great. Easy to work with, no surprises. They work hard and don’t waste any time. They are punctual, and clean up after themselves daily.
