“We went to see Cindy Walters with Riverside Homes at the end of July of 2017. We ended up purchasing and building a home. Cindy was in contact with us every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions or concerns I have had. The superintendent Bobby has also been in constant contact throughout our home building process. An owner of Riverside Homes personally introduced himself to us at our closing, saying he hoped that we loved our home, etc. Riverside Homes takes an interest in their customers and goes above and beyond for them. Our home is as every bit as amazing as I hoped it would be from the granite countertops in my kitchen to the amazing design of our master bath. Thank you for making our first home building experience amazing.”

There were several issues with the lot I had bought (low elevation, old septic, old pool filled in, old foundation, huge roots etc) They worked with the county and surveyors to make sure that all was done the best way possible. I am so impressed with Eric (builder/site supervisor) who was amazingly organized and detail oriented. The home turned out beautiful and they have exceeded all of my expectations.”

“Denise and her team did a beautiful renovation to our stairs. They transformed our stairway from carpet to wood. They stained and sealed the wood, making sure we were satisfied with each piece prior to installation. Very professional team with great communication and treated this project as if it were their own house! Highly recommend for any home renovation project!”

Our home has many extras which are considered part of his basic construction package. Ceiling detail was especially thoughtful and added to the appeal of our home. Construction materials were of high quality and the 6 inch outer walls adding to the R factor were standard. We appreciate the high quality craftsmanship of the subcontractors who worked with Shawn on our home. Shawn is passionate about his work and made us feel like we were his only clients.
