“It was a pleasure working with A & M General Contracting, they were hired to do a gut rehab on my building and the entire process was smooth and painless which doesn't happen often during gut rehab construction. Whenever I had an issue or change request I was able to get the owner on the phone and have these things scheduled to be completed within that same day. All the work was done professionally, clean, and 100% according to my stamped and approved drawings. I often visited my job site while A & M was working and tools were not sprawled out everywhere creating trip hazards, and at the end of every work day the site was completely free of any debris or trash. I'm not sure what anyone is looking for when selecting a contractor but if its a professional company that does the work right and fast and has great customer service then A and M General Contracting is the way to go.”

“I strongly recommend Mila’s Restoration and Remodeling to all family and friends. Alex is the best. He and his team are very professional and do great work. We had a pretty large water damage issue in the new house we had recently moved into, and Alex was a great partner working with the Insurance company and helping to navigate what could have otherwise been a very stressful situation. Alex and team exceeded all expectations. Alex communicates well on the status of the project daily and his team arrives when he says they will. The work was extensive and took a little over a month to complete, and there was not a single day that his guys didn’t show up when they said they would. His guys are very friendly, quick, do great work and they clean up the place very well every evening before leaving. Just one of many examples of how considerate the Mila’s team is - we have a 1-year-old daughter, and the guys were great about planning any loud work around her naps so they would be quiet and would not wake her. Alex and team are also very accountable, if something is wrong, they will make it right. I have worked with many contractors over the years and Alex and team stand above the rest. “Joe and his team at Core Remodel did an amazing job with our kitchen rehab in the West Loop. We interviewed numerous contractors for the job, but Joes experience and great price got them the job. His team arrived on time everyday and worked extra hard to get the job done in the time promised. They were very tidy as well and cleaned up after their work each day which was very nice since we were living there through the rehab. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out, absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend working with Core Remodel group for your next project!”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“I hired Ashdel twice. Once to break through a rear wall and build a deck and then again to replace some arc windows with custom glass. They were easy to wrk with, professional and clean. I would not have hired them for the second job if they hadn't done a great job with my deck.”

“Andre and his team did a fantastic job on my kitchen. We had a bad DIY backsplash job that he and his crew were able to take it out and fix the mess that we had made. They hung new drywall, tiled and painted. My kitchen looks amazing and I am so happy with what they were able to do. Also, the crew was on time, they worked fast, and cleaned up. I would recommend Maki Renovation and I would use them again.”
