“Joe and his team at Core Remodel did an amazing job with our kitchen rehab in the West Loop. We interviewed numerous contractors for the job, but Joes experience and great price got them the job. His team arrived on time everyday and worked extra hard to get the job done in the time promised. They were very tidy as well and cleaned up after their work each day which was very nice since we were living there through the rehab. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out, absolutely stunning! Would highly recommend working with Core Remodel group for your next project!”

“Two years ago I bought a condo in a building that was built in 1939. Not much had been done to the unit since then, and while it is beautiful space, I needed help. Patro Construction came highly recommended and I chose them to do the work. I have heard many rehab horror stories but I was so impressed with this company. Roman has highly qualified people working for him and they did an excellent job. I was concerned about money but the project came in on time, on budget, and the work was exemplary. There was no drama. I got a new kitchen, new wiring, repairs to walls and everything painted (2 coats of paint). The next year I hired Patro Construction to gut my 1939 bathroom and rebuild it. It came in on time, on budget, and it is beautiful. I would hire this company for any new or reconstructive work.”

“I hired Ashdel twice. Once to break through a rear wall and build a deck and then again to replace some arc windows with custom glass. They were easy to wrk with, professional and clean. I would not have hired them for the second job if they hadn't done a great job with my deck.”

“These masonry contractors did a chimney repair at my home. It stopped functioning one day and I had to find some professional help. I couldn’t meet better masonry company! Despite the fact that my chimney is really old, they made it work properly again. I’m grateful for this whole masonry team for such a great job.”

“Andre and his team did a fantastic job on my kitchen. We had a bad DIY backsplash job that he and his crew were able to take it out and fix the mess that we had made. They hung new drywall, tiled and painted. My kitchen looks amazing and I am so happy with what they were able to do. Also, the crew was on time, they worked fast, and cleaned up. I would recommend Maki Renovation and I would use them again.”

“HP Construction has done 6 major projects on our house: remodeling/expanding a kitchen, remodeling 2 bathrooms, demolition of a carport and construction of a garage and entryway, demolition and reconstruction of an old and distinctive porch, removal/replacement of siding and 2 window replacements. We first used the company in 2002 for the kitchen and were so pleased that we have gone to them first for every subsequent job on our house. The house is over 100 years old and needs someone familiar with the challenges involved and a willingness to help preserve its original architectural features. This company has done an excellent job in both areas. They have always adhered well to the original estimate and done outstanding work with employees that are not only highly skilled, but also polite and respectful of what it means to be working in one's home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any kind of project.”

“I used Ratia Construction for a fireplace remodel. Kiril Ratia helped me transform a pre-fab and quite ordinary ventless gas fireplace into the focal point of my apartment. Besides expertly project managing and handling a team of qualified trades people (framing, stone work, electricians, painters) he also provided excellent customer service through a hands on and highly responsive approach. I have to say also that the trades people he uses are exceptional and it is clear that they respect and appreciate working with him. I would highly recommend Ratia Construction as a firm that provides the full service needed for a quality job.”
