“Let me first off start by stating, that I usually don't write reviews. That being said, Erna Properties deserves my time to write this review. I have been working with Dave the owner since the summer of 2016. He is extremely hands on, attentive to detail and professional. He is a man of his word, when he says he will be somewhere at a specific time, he means it. His workers show up for a full days work and leave the area clean. I'm not easy to please, I'm one of those people that like to be hands on and do multiple inspections during a project. Not only did Dave not have a problem with it, he welcomed it. His motto is; "on time, on budget and done my way (the client)" can you get better? We feel very blessed to have found him and to be working with him. I know that when we move into our new home, this building process will be the first of many fond memories to come. I know that spending your hard earned money is a big deal and choosing the right contractor is essential for peace of mind. Dave and his company realize that too, they will treat you like family and respect your time and money as if it were their own. I can't recommend them highly enough. You won't be sorry when you hire them.”

“Hired this company for my kitchen renovation. Daniel was very easy to work with. What I liked the most is the communication that he and his team had with me. Literally every day I’d get a text from them, explaining what was completed today and what they will be doing tomorrow. I’ve had 4 renovations done before in my other apartments, but hands down, this was the smoothest one so far. Good luck to you guys!”

“Big shout out to Val and his team. Reliable, honest, high communication and great skills. Complete renovation down to the studs with a massive addition, new everything! Renovations are never an easy thing but Val held our hand throughout the entire process and made our dream home a reality. So many decisions to make along the way. Val was always available to answer questions, support and guide us in the right direction... and keep us calm, LOL. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. “I had the pleasure of working with Warraich Associates for a new construction project on an existing foundation. The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”

“They gave me a 900 sqft 2nd floor addition with entire 1st floor alterations. This project included a kitchen, three baths, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, windows, two decks, etc!! They also built a detached garage and took care of all my landscaping. The project was a huge success. They did what was promised and finished before the expected complete date. There price was fair and they stuck to it. There were no extra charges as the project was being done. They were on time, respectful, professional and pleasure to deal with. Everyone in their crew was excellent.”

“Classic Construction recently re-sided my house and replaced all of the windows, doors and trim. i couldn't be happier with the results and the way they went about doing the work. The crew displayed the utmost professionalism, and anytime a decision needed to be made or a question came up, Ian and his crew were there to provide guidance and asked the right questions to find out what was going to work best for us. They did the job on time and on budget and the finished product is great.”

They helped come up with a more efficient layout and assisted every step of the process from picking out cabinets to appliances. “After purchasing our first home my wife and I hired Juliano and his company for a complete overhaul of the electronical system in our 2-family dwelling. His company also refinished/stained the hardwood floors in our living room, completed a bathroom, built an exhaust vent in my kitchen, and revamped an outdated plumbing system. Juliano was cordial and easy to work with throughout the process. He provided in-depth explanations of the work being done and even gave our family options with much of the decision making process as we contracted each portion of the job. All of Juliano's workers were respectful and it was pleasure getting to know each of them on a personal level. Not only was the job completed with care and excellence but Juliano's pricing was fair and competitive and completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company for home improvement and/or construction.”
