“We literally could not recommend Nici and DJ Ten Hoeve more highly! There should be an option for 10 stars. Not only did they do a great job representing us, they were also so very flexible, as we both travel a lot, and ended up with so many conference calls, coordinating multiple time zones. They communicated via email, text, or phone – however it was easiest for us at the time. We had been looking without any success with a different firm – and after months of frustration, I reached out to a childhood friend that is a realtor elsewhere. She recommended Nici and DJ – and I am so thankful that she did! When we told DJ during our first call how frustrated we were, he promised to turn that around. Boy did they! They took the time to really listen to what we were looking for – reviewed our feedback on a sampling of MLS listings – we ended up finding our house on the first outing!
