“We hired this firm 20+ years ago to put our addition on, and they were wonderful to work with; we decided to go with them for a total kitchen/living room/entryway renovation; wish we would've gone with them for our bathroom and roof. Eric, Scott and his crew have gone over and above what has been expected, and the job isn't even finished yet. My husband is home on disability due to cancer, and they have made sure that while tearing out the walls and floors of our 85 year old home that his health and well-being has been foremost, which is a GREAT comfort to me as I work a full time job. They have discovered and repaired some of the MAJOR mistakes made by our previous contractor (hot wires left in the ceiling for one) and when our plumber fell through (a family member) they didn't even stumble, just kept on going. --With some of the things they've discovered, I've felt a number of times like I was on one of the television shows that chronicle the horrible contractors out there and how they are repaired by one that is reputable. Currently the job is a little more than half way done, just days before Christmas, and I am LOVING the results, and their determination to have our home ready to celebrate the holiday. I really can not say enough about this company and this crew--they are a shinning example of an ethical contractor and not just someone who is out to make a fast buck at someone else's expense.”

“Steve came to our home and did a great and professional job. He installed two plugs in the kitchen. One of them had to be cut into the inch thick back splash. My wife was concerned about how this would turn out because you only get one chance to make it right. It was perfect and she was very excited to have the extra outlet for her kitchen. Steve also put in 4 ceiling lights and a switch in the basement. Overall we couldn't be more satisfied with the work. Anything we need done in the future Handy Hometown Services and Steve will be our first and only call.”
