“Pinellas Construction remodelled my whole condo, when I was not using it. Remodelling included Bathrooms, flooring, kitchen, walls, doors, stairs, lamps. Work was carried out extremely professional and in the time frame agreed on. At the end of the day, I am very pleased with the work of Pinellas Construction and always happy to come back to my home, which was left cleaned by Pinellas Construction after work has been done.”

The company's owner, TJ Horne, is not only meticulous with his work, but his knowledgebase is second-to-none. Because of his exemplary work ethic, customer service and quality of work, we are having his company back to lead the effort on our upcoming kitchen and mudroom renovations. “Rossi Construction remodeled my condo in Florida while I was living in Houston, TX. The crew did an amazing job of demolition and rebuilding and I was completely satisfied with the results! Mr Rossi did the work for a fair price and in the time frame that was discussed at our consultation meeting. There were a few changes in the materials and design and he gladly helped make those changes happen. The punch list at the end of the process was very minor and the final results were incredible! The local realtor uses my condo and the work that was done to show potential clients what a remodeled unit in our complex could look like! They are the best and the quality of the work was superb!”

“I got five contractor bids. Leverette was the most competitive, the most responsive and understood what I was looking for the best. The owner, Brian Leverette took the time to understand what I was looking for. He provided excellent guidance and suggestions as well as worked with me to bring the job within my budget. I am very pleased. The master bathroom turned out even better than I anticipated. They had people working on-site every day until the job was finished. None of this waiting around hoping someone was going to show up. The cabinets were custom built to accommodate my requirements including unique touches like corner vanity mirrors and trim. My questions and concerns during the build out were handled patiently, responsively and always to my satisfaction. They exceeded my expectations in nearly every area. The tile work in the showers was superb. I look forward to working with them on my next project.”

“We hired Reel Construction to build a 528 sq ft attached garage. This job required grading, concrete, framing, roofing, electrical and fixtures. I'm happy to say that the job was done on time and on budget. My wife and I both enjoyed working with Jory and we'd recommend him to anyone. He always took the time to understand what we envisioned, explain the process and detail the next steps. He was also able to work through some unique circumstances with our property. The result looks like is was part of the original house and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. We'll be contacting Jory and Reel Construction again when it's time for our next project.”
