The company's owner, TJ Horne, is not only meticulous with his work, but his knowledgebase is second-to-none. Because of his exemplary work ethic, customer service and quality of work, we are having his company back to lead the effort on our upcoming kitchen and mudroom renovations. “We hired Joey Ramano and his crew to do an addition/ remodel our home in St Petersburg.we were impress throughout with their of level professionalism and craftsmanship. That's not to say there were some issues, but they were all addressed and resolved in a timely fashion. The project was completed on schedule in spite of a few summer weather delays. Cost overruns were commensurate with the number of upgrades we made along the way! I would definitely hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“My neighbors tree fell on my home during Hurricane Irma. I had trouble finding a reliable contractor to assist in the repairs. I previously hired a different contractor who did not satisfactorily complete repairs and left me in a bind. Due to the previous contractor, I ended up with severe water damage in my bedroom. I contacted Daniel, explained the situation and he immediately came to inspect my home. He provided a written quote and started the much needed repairs within a week. If not for his quick response, the bedroom could have turned into even more of a nightmare. He saved me from having a serious mold problem in my home. Daniel kept in constant contact with me along with updates on any additional issues he found. Daniel addressed every issue with professionalism and clarity. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a licensed contractor. He is efficient, timely, takes your budge into consideration and has great communication skills. After my experience this last year, a good contractor is hard to find. Daniel is definitely one of them. You will not go wrong by hiring him. I will provide a reference to anyone who would like one.”

“We hired Jim for numerous odd jobs around ourTampa Florida property and our new deck. He has pretty much been a life saver for us. We live in Pennsylvania and our daughter is going to USF and is living in this house with her roommate.Jim does nice work in a timely matter and we absolutely love our new deck that he did. (Pictures attached) He has not only done great work but has also kept an eye on things For us and even came to the home at 9:00 at night to let the girls in when they locked themselves out. Thanks Jim! We appreciate all you do for us.”

“Tri-Tech Construction: Always looking out for YOUR best interest. Fresh ideas, reasonable quotes, dedicated family-run business. Have hired them for numerous remodeling jobs (although they also do new construction). More than fair market price to remodel kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Most other quotes came in over budget. When Mike says he'll be there; he'll be there & projects have always been completed on time if not sooner.”
