“My wife and I had pleasure of working with Dwellify on our kitchen remodel in Farmington. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and turn-key process is superior. We were able to meet with a designer to hand pick each detail of our kitchen and customize not only materials but the new layout as well. Then their team came to our house and did all the right things – they covered our floors, kept the work space clean and finished on time. Best service in the market.”

“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“They always say that the best references come from word of mouth. I first heard ofTelion from my uncle who referenced him as one of the top painters in the DFW area. So long story short, we hired Telion for the painting portion of our phase 1 remodel. Needless to say they did an outstanding job. We were totally pleased. Which brings us to phase 2 of our remodel. To our surprise we found out Telion could do all of the remodeling/construction process. David has a lot of experience with commercial grade building. Which in turn, gives you a great quality on residential construction. For example, using a thicker lintel over a door or thicker rebar in pouring concrete. So we again hired Telion for the second time on a new master bedroom/closet/master bath/ and spare bedroom. We were even more impressed with their work. It took a little longer than we expected due to Covid and general issues. But in the end the work was phenomenal and David’s integrity was second to none! The question we always ask is would you hire them again and would you refer them to others? The answer to both is yes and yes.”

“CFB was a great company to work with from start to finish! Carl, the owner, met me within a week to take a look at my project and really listened to our wants/needs for the space. We received a prompt proposal that was right in line with our vision. The construction portion to the final walkthrough/execution of punch outs went very smoothly as well. All in all, a great experience!”

“We can't say enough about Bryant Construction. They are honest, dependable and sincere. We have already referred them to several friends. We had used another company before we knew of this one and they took months to even start the job. Bryant Construction began right away at our convenience. They were also great to follow up with us along the way instead of us having to reach out to them. Great service! They redid our roofing, gutters, windows and garage doors as well as repainted everything. We just love the results. Thank you Bryant General Construction for everything.”

“As a property owner in the Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, I engaged the services of Wolk Development, to renovate a home we were planning to sell. Brian prepared a proposal which looked fantastic and we decided to go with it. Brian personally handled every aspect of the project with his excellent team. He was always prompt to return phone calls and reply to emails, was always courteous, patient, and enthusiastic about the project. He was extremely professional throughout. Most importantly, in our case, we needed a very (seemingly impossible) turnaround, so that the property could be put on the market at the optimum time. Brian came through, and delivered on every aspect of the plan, with a beautiful result and no unexpected increases int eh budget. “The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.”
