“I engaged Refresh renovations Perth to open up my kitchen/dining/lounge/study into a larger space and modernise it. They took care of the engineering, planning, building and finishing. My experience with them was very, very good and I highly recommend their services. They engaged great planners and designers and their tradespeople were top notch. The build went smoothly and I was informed of progress regularly and consulted regularly. Nothing was too much trouble with them or their trades. If you're looking for a team in Perth that can take care of your building project I recommend you engage Refresh Renovations.”

“We got onto Mondo via a builder broker. We were impressed with Ray's nothing-is-a-problem attitude, plus he come in the cheapest. Ray was most accommodating in all my little changes along the build process. Issues where few, but dealt with very promptly & satisfactory. To this day whenever I hear of someone wanting to build, I always drop Mondo's name as a builder to consider.”

“Renovating a house is always going to be a stressful situation and choosing a company who will provide a professional, first class service is vital. NuLook Homes certainly met this criteria. From the first consultation in which our ideas and requirements were fully considered, through the demolition of the existing house and construction of the new areas, NuLook were efficient and professional and provided an excellent end result. Having lived in the house during the renovations, we found all of the staff friendly, reliable and trustworthy. As is inevitable with this kind of work, problems can arise, and the few we encountered were dealt with promptly. “After initial consulting quotes, we had no hesitation in selecting Mindful Homes to do major renovations to the bedroom, en-suite, front entry and alfresco areas. They were as the name suggests, attentive and creative working within our needs. The various aspects were finished to plan, on time and of the highest quality. Both Josie and David were excellent communicators and we were left in little doubt that we were in safe hands. The end results were way beyond expectations and the final look is most impressive! “Gary, Ian and the Custombuilt Homes team designed and built our family home in the Perth Hills. The idea of building our own home was initially overwhelming for us, not having built before, but from the moment we met Gary to the day the keys were handed over, we were treated professionally and with respect. Custombuilt Homes were also very efficient in the build, completing things promptly, even having people work on public holidays to get things done. We are very happy with the home Gary and the team designed and built for us and we would recommend them to anyone with a difficult site, or building in the hills.”
