“We used Smith and Sons in Applecross to complete our renovations and we were delighted with the results. From the very first meeting Director Scott Maloney was punctual, friendly and his pricing was within our budget. We have an old 50's style house and were unsure which direction the renovation should take. Scott and his team listened to our requests and together we created a beautiful new family area which has added so much value (financially and enjoyment-wise) to our lives. “Building with 383 Design Homes & Additions is an experience that is second to none. From the outset Jason and Sam set out to make the dream come true but with a continual dose of reality. The attention to detail and the standards of trades is well worth the money you pay, and if its cheap and nasty you are after then try another builder. It would be fair to say that what you see with Jason is what you get. An eye for detail bordering on perfectionist but a great communicator at the same time. For anyone looking for a partnership with a building company, then Sam and Jason are your team at 383 Design Homes & Additions”
