“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“We hired HAP Construction for a complete renovation of my apartment. From start, to finish both Eli and the team was always honest with what could and could not be done. They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They were always readily available and responsive to any questions or change requests. I received detailed status updates along with pictures as the work progressed. They are the real deal, prompt, professional, and honest. “Dekel is awesome! He's professional and kind, easy to communicate, knows exactly what we want. The floor looks new after refinishing, smooth and shiny. Our coop building is changing elevator, Adam and his team had no problem using stairs to get the job done. He even helped us with other things and still stick to the original quote. “What a fantastic shoot we had with Nathalie from Mila Design. White houses are particularly tough to shoot...but she was such a sweetheart and really made the whole thing a breeze. Her style is incredible...and her video turned out incredible as well. One of our favorites actually! She took us out to lunch (on her!!! we owe you next time!) and we talked about life and future projects together. Natsuko especially loved Nathalie because they both seemed to understand what it was like to speak English as a second language...and to live in America. Can't recommend Mila Design enough. Take a look at their work...I think it speaks for itself. The personality the comes with that incredible style is an added bonus!”

“5 stars! Great experience all around. No complaints. My husband and I decided to finally build our dream vacation home but wanted to be able to rent it out while we are not there. The team at Sunday Studio helped us select strategic materials that looks beautiful but are also tough enough to be able to endure tenants coming in and out. We love love love the way the deign process was conducted. We were given visualization renders at every stage of the process. ALSO, we were not charged per hour nor per render (just per sq ft) so we had peace of mind that we would not go over budget, regardless of how many changes we ended up making. Honestly, it was a surprisingly smooth process and we didn't expect for such a big house. We ended up coming under budget. Thanks again (especially Ana)!”
