“Dekel is awesome! He's professional and kind, easy to communicate, knows exactly what we want. The floor looks new after refinishing, smooth and shiny. Our coop building is changing elevator, Adam and his team had no problem using stairs to get the job done. He even helped us with other things and still stick to the original quote. “If you’re interested in a complete renovation or interior decoration that goes smoothly then The Miami Design Studio would be a good choice for you. The owner returned all emails, texts and phone calls, if his crew was unable to make it on a scheduled day he would let me know ahead of time, communication is his strength. This is a smaller owned family business so his wife designed the bathroom remodel. It turned out just beautiful and we’re happy with the end results.”

“We had 2 bathrooms in a condo demolished and rebuilt. OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM. EXCELLENT DESIGN AND PLANS. COMMUNICATION was unbelievable as we were out of town for some of the work and Stan called us, emailed us and took pictures. We felt very COMFORTABLE. LISTENING to our needs was KEY. We never had a problem. SUPERIOR Quality of work and craftsmanship by individual vendors who are part of the team. The TIME schedule was kept on target from the first day of demolition to the last day of completion. That is unheard with many contractors. All of the people observed the condo rules and treated everyone with respect. We had complete CONFIDENCE in Schachne Architects and Builders because of their r HONESTY and communication.”

“What a fantastic shoot we had with Nathalie from Mila Design. White houses are particularly tough to shoot...but she was such a sweetheart and really made the whole thing a breeze. Her style is incredible...and her video turned out incredible as well. One of our favorites actually! She took us out to lunch (on her!!! we owe you next time!) and we talked about life and future projects together. Natsuko especially loved Nathalie because they both seemed to understand what it was like to speak English as a second language...and to live in America. Can't recommend Mila Design enough. Take a look at their work...I think it speaks for itself. The personality the comes with that incredible style is an added bonus!”

“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”
