“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“A little over two years ago I was looking for a contractor to rebuilt / remodel my house. “Dekel is awesome! He's professional and kind, easy to communicate, knows exactly what we want. The floor looks new after refinishing, smooth and shiny. Our coop building is changing elevator, Adam and his team had no problem using stairs to get the job done. He even helped us with other things and still stick to the original quote. “Charlie, Mike and their team were great. From the design to completion they were available to us and met with us every step of the way. They go out of their way to not only answer calls but return them. My husband and I cannot say enough about how amazing our project turned out. I think that the end result was remarkable and we love it but Charlie and Mike are so professional and they go beyond the extra mile! That is what made our result so much better. There is not a 10 star rating so 5 works! You could not choose a better company for your building or remodeling needs. ( I will add photos soon, you'll have to see it to believe it)”

“From the beginning, Wiltrack Construction committed that we would know line item by line item exactly what is involved in the process so that there are no surprises. It is something that we have found to be very rare. There is nothing that came up such as, “We didn’t foresee this and we have to deal with this now”. There was a significant amount of planning done before hand by Wiltrack Construction. And in the end instead of finishing on time, we finished almost a month earlier than planned, which was a great surprise. The reasons to hire Wiltrack Construction is the details. The quality, the craftsmanship, and the process. If you’re looking for a project to go smoothly and get the highest possible quality build, that would be our reason for hiring them. They are not a lot of contractors out there like Wiltrack Construction. All we had to do was sit back and watch this beautiful home just happen without any stress.”
