“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“Dekel is awesome! He's professional and kind, easy to communicate, knows exactly what we want. The floor looks new after refinishing, smooth and shiny. Our coop building is changing elevator, Adam and his team had no problem using stairs to get the job done. He even helped us with other things and still stick to the original quote. “We had 2 bathrooms in a condo demolished and rebuilt. OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONALISM. EXCELLENT DESIGN AND PLANS. COMMUNICATION was unbelievable as we were out of town for some of the work and Stan called us, emailed us and took pictures. We felt very COMFORTABLE. LISTENING to our needs was KEY. We never had a problem. SUPERIOR Quality of work and craftsmanship by individual vendors who are part of the team. The TIME schedule was kept on target from the first day of demolition to the last day of completion. That is unheard with many contractors. All of the people observed the condo rules and treated everyone with respect. We had complete CONFIDENCE in Schachne Architects and Builders because of their r HONESTY and communication.”

“I redid my master bath and added new cherry cabinet and a tall linen. Shuky draw me a plan and spent numerous hours made change until I was completely happy. She is very patient and well organized. She also answered any questions you may have and easy to be in touch. With my budget in mind, she ordered the cabinet, they arrived right on time and they are absolutely beautiful. I should add that the installer is also a true professionnal like Shuky. They made a wonderful team together. Overall I will highly recommand Shuky Conroyd at Boca Kitchens and Floors.
