“It was such a relief to find builders we could trust. Before and during the build we found them to be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, to listen and take our desires on board, but to also offer suggestions and ideas to make things work better. They were also considerate, friendly people. They left the site tidy each day. They even covered the skip to minimise unwelcome contributions! The job is now complete and we are very happy with the result and with our choice of builders. Things went pretty smoothly and it was always a pleasure to deal with them.”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

“I first worked with Matthew Stroud Associates on a detached double fronted Victorian villa in a Wandsworth conservation area. He was definitely the best choice of contractor. Matt Stroud and his team are very capable and gifted. Their care and attention to detail can not be faulted. He is also very resourceful, with close connections to a wide range of specialist trades to meet every requirement. Matt understood the requirements of working on a period property and how the refurbishment should be managed to enhance the character, aesthetics and performance of the building. The project was for a complete refurbishment both outside and in, including a new slate roof, repointed brickwork and new heritage timber sash windows externally and a full refurbishment of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, sauna and steam room internally. Matt worked accurately to architect and interior designer's drawings and specifications. The finished works are stunning! I can't rate him highly enough. He's my 'go-to' for any future projects.”
