I experienced great communication throughout the project and felt well guided when there were unexpected issues. “I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“It was such a relief to find builders we could trust. Before and during the build we found them to be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, to listen and take our desires on board, but to also offer suggestions and ideas to make things work better. They were also considerate, friendly people. They left the site tidy each day. They even covered the skip to minimise unwelcome contributions! The job is now complete and we are very happy with the result and with our choice of builders. Things went pretty smoothly and it was always a pleasure to deal with them.”

“Ralph visited to quote for refurbishment of our 4 bed house. He has gone through everything with us, outlined everything that will be needed from us. After a couple of days DPS issued a clear professional price list and timeline chart. Ralph informed us about everything that was to be carried out each week. His workers always turned up on time in the mornings and left the house clean. We thank Ralph and his team, they were all working fast, clean and very professional. Thank you for the great job you have done for us.”
