I dont think you could call what we had grass but there was patches of it everywhere along with dead trees and ratty looking bushes that completely covered our property. Needless to say, it required a lot of work. Lara is a great listener. She executed our vision to perfection and on budget. Now, we get compliments from our neighbors and other random people walking along our street almost constantly.
