“Butler Landscapes completed a landscape project (building a terraced area, pathways and driveways, two raised beds as well as a small amount of planting) in our suburban garden in the summer of 2016. We had plans for a garden design drawn up before meeting Sharon and Paul - but these needed modifying in order to keep the project within the budget. Paul was very helpful in suggesting the elements of re-design that would keep the price down to what we could afford, and having giving us a price he stuck to it for the entirety of the work - no hidden extras, no last minute requests for extra money. Compared to past experiences it was an absolute joy! I felt that both Sharon and Paul listened to what we wanted, and didn't try and persuade us to have a design or style that we were not comfortable with, but did suggest modifications that would improve on the the practicalities or look of the design - and we were very happy with these suggestions. The work itself was completed to a very high standard, the men working on the project worked hard and felt trustworthy, which was important to me as I was out at work for much of the time. The work did take longer to complete than initially anticipated, but this was largely due to the weather - which was not under Butler Landscapes' control. Paul ensured that all the loose ends were tied up before he asked for the final payment, coming back to the site a couple of times to ensure that all the last bits and pieces of work were finished. We are delighted with the end result and looking forward to enjoying it properly after the winter.”

“I loved Fiona's design in a friend's garden, so asked for her details. I have used Green Tree Garden Design since then (Jan 2013), both for specific design projects, and the ongoing maintenance of my garden. Fiona is warm, friendly and professional, and immediately put me at ease. She designed my front garden first. She listened carefully and spent a lot of time with me, walking round the garden and sitting at the kitchen garden with sketches and photographs of plants, to make sure she got things right. I liked the fact that she worked with my existing garden, rather than removing everything and starting again, as some other companies had suggested. She also planted the garden up in stages, and consulted me on adding more planting, so I felt the garden evolved over time, which was just what I wanted. Fiona has now prepared a beautiful design for my back garden - again working with what is already there - and work will start on that in February 2014. Fiona works closely with a team of three highly skilled, friendly gardeners, who really "know their stuff". She can also be seen working alongside them in the garden sometimes, as well as doing the design work. I couldn't recommend Green Tree Garden Design more highly.”

“My husband and I cannot praise Rob and his team high enough. The pictures on this website of the 'Barry garden' are ours. He has since also redesigned our front garden which is also absolutely gorgeous. Extremely friendly, reliable and trustworthy (we left them to do the front with keys to our house whilst on holiday). “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gary Wainwright for the beautiful garden he has created for me. After having porcelain tiles laid badly, a disaster in itself, I found it impossible to find someone who could ' put the job ' right. I was recommended Gary, who has performed something not short of a miracle. He not only rescued my beautiful tiles but in doing so has transformed my garden into an amazing outdoor living space. Gary was informative, creative and trustworthy through the whole planning procedure, being able to view a detailed plan gave me a real feel for the finished result. His problem solving to aspects of my garden were remarkable. Throughout he and his team were polite, helpful and extremely hardworking. Gary did exactly what he said he would, on time and to the very highest standards. His attention to detail is exemplary and I now have the 'Wow Factor' I wanted from the garden.”

“Lee knows his stuff and is very professional, reliable and friendly. He really is the ideal person to work with you to help make a start on any garden redesign whether that be big or small. I only wish I had known about him years ago before wasting time and money buying the wrong plants and coming up with silly ideas that just didn't work in the long run. He is very passionate about what he does and has a lot of knowledge. We can't recommend Lee highly enough if you want to improve your outdoor space. Abit of inspiration and professional advice can make all the difference.”

“Stuart took our garden from nothing literally to the beautiful garden it is today . Designed from scratch and planted from scratch . Our garden is now an oasis for lots of different species of birds , bees , butterfly etc . The clever planting that Stuart has done means we have colour in our garden all year round . The garden changes week on week with different plants in flower . Stuart has looked after our garden (s) for over 6 years now and continues to do an excellent job . Can highly recommend him and his business .”

“Warnes McGarr is a very professional company. Everyone we worked with were intelligent and professional. The design ideas involved things we wouldn't have been able to think of ourselves and included levelling and transformation of a wasteland at the back. As it was a big project for us there were bound to be minor issues and these were all resolved in a timely and professional manner. The budget was negotiated fairly and the work done was of a high quality. It was worth paying for good workmanship and excellent knowledge in all aspects of our garden design and construction.”
