“Corey with Shingles Roofing has re-roofed and shingled two of my properties here in Dallas. He is very thorough with explanations, timelines and completion expectations. The crew is timely, expedient and leave the property so clean that it is as if nothing even happened. I was out of town during the last installation and had Corey not communicated throughout the entire process (by text), I would not have believed it had been done. The place was spotless but then again, I have come to expect that from this company since it was the same way with the first job they completed.”

“Jesse and the entire Dwell team did exactly as they had promised, took care of every minor detail until the job was what I would call perfection. They stayed engaged with us throughout the process, maintaining quality communication and sticking to their word at every turn. They put on a beautiful roof which stands out, finished our our gutters, installed finish wood pieces and matched the paint to give the look we desired as well as built the best fence in my entire neighborhood. “Progroup Construction not only did an amazing job they were neat, prompt, creative with their design and paid a great deal of attention to detail. I enclosed my patio and added a deck and it took 10 days. Cesar who is the project manager and owner was there every day and sent me pictures of the progress while out was at work. Not one day did I have to ask if they were coming and we Cesar inspected their work and made them adjust and correct as needed. If there was something I did not like it was changed without question.”

“We did not just put on a new roof, we added energy saving devices (solar felt and power vents) and repaired damage to the deck, so this was not just a simple roofing job. They arrived here on time, finished on time and did quality work. They showed me exactly what they were going to do to make sure the leaks that caused the damage in the first place, would not happen with this roof. Everything they did was a grade above what had been on my roof the builder installed. The only reason they did not get a 5 was because their estimate was off and cost me more money after the job was complete. We worked out a deal where we split the difference so I was pleased. Bottom line, I would recomment this roofer.”

“I called Michelle at Cross Creek Roofing because she is well known and liked in the community. And I loved working with her and her company. I am a challenging customer and needed someone to explain each step of the process to me since I have never replaced a roof. And although our insurance company helped out because of the hail damage, I still wanted to ensure our biggest investment aka our home was in good hands. Michelle was patient, methodical and even worked around my schedule to help me pick out colors, roofing tiles, do the work etc. The work was excellent, amazing clean up afterwards and I'm so happy to have found her. It's really hard to find someone who will take their time with you in the construction and roofing business and not rush you into decisions. Thank you guys so much”

“I needed an entire roof, after storm damage. I called several roofers in for an estimate. Swan was by far the most professional. They not only told me what they would do, but also what they couldn't do. This was a huge help to me in my dealing with the insurance company. The work performed was excellent. The job site was cleaned up every day, and someone was always on site to answer my questions. They worked quickly and quietly. This was important since I office in my home. Once they started, they discovered my previous roof was missing sheathing. They called the insurance company, took the necessary pictures, and the amount was increased to cover that unexpected necessity. They finished on time, with no additional charges. Its been two years, the roof looks beautiful. and I haven't had any problems. I would recommend Swan Roofing without hesitation.”
