“Mike worked with us to refinish our downstairs floors. We decided to replace some tile and carpet with hardwood in several rooms. Mike was incredibly professional, patient and calm in helping us understand the process and make decisions. Mike went out of his way to show us many color combinations so we would be comfortable with our final decision. Mike was available to respond to many inquiries throughout each step. He is very kind, personable and his employees did excellent and fast work. We found his rates were very reasonable. We highly recommend Floors by VAL and hope to work with Mike again in the future!”

The entire process from beginning to end went very well. Paul and his installers were very professional and really did an excellent job. The job was completed quickly and of the highest quality. “The team at Eagle Hardwood Flooring were a breath of fresh air to work with. They were extremely professional and caring in ensuring our hardwood floors were refinished with the utmost standards and quality. The leadership team scoped out the job on Monday and by Wednesday we booked the job, they started on Thursday and the project was fully executed and all deliverables were met by Saturday. We had really light dated hardwood floors and they refinished it with a dark walnut fine finish. The holes they patched were perfect. Five stars and hats off to Thiego, Lewis and the entire team!”

“I initially met Alex and Russ when they were recommend to me by an architect. I initially hired them to fix the floors in my house which were done incorrectly by the first contractor. They did a wonderful job and were very reliable. Their pricing is fair and they offer all sorts of specialty flooring options and finishes. I am the principal of K.A. Murphy Interiors, LLC an interior design firm and I use them on my projects as well. They are an extremely professional company, they go out of their way to help you and accommodate you because in the end they really care about their clients' happiness. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“We had Renaissance Floors sand and re-finish our bedroom and office after we purchased our home. We were unsure of what we were looking for in regard to stain color, but from the beginning Frank was so helpful and patient with us. He arrived only a few days after our estimate to start working. He was prompt, efficient, kind, very hard working and honest. He was very understanding of my indifference in color and prepared multiple samples of stains to choose from. After choosing the stain that WE LOVED, he was very efficient at applying the stain and finishing the job early. He offered many helpful suggestions during the process and was very knowledgeable about his field. He spent time educating me on "after care" for the flooring to help prolong the life of the stain, which I appreciate so much. I am looking forward to having Frank back to finish the rest of my house. Thanks Again Renaissance Floors”
