“The people at Sunshine Floors put the customer first. They have a lot of knowledge and will work with you to get your job done right the first time. R.T. came to give the estimate which was quick, but clearly he knows what he's talking about. Their price estimate was much more competitive than the 4 other quotes that I got for refinishing of the floors. The floors did require some extra work, but even then, the original time estimate was 6 days, but ended up being done in 3. R.T. had his team working at a very efficient rate. They arrive when they say they will, they keep to the estimate, they explain what is possible and even what is not possible. “Reccommended by a realtor friend who has seen Sammi's work in numerous other homes, Sammi and his crew paid close attention to detail and did a great job restoring our 100 year old floors. Sand, stain, and poly. Job took longer than any of us expected, but he didn't rush or cut any corners. He explained the unforeseen issues, and took care of them. Price was reasonable, similar to other quotes we got. I would use him again.”
