“Jerry's Fireplaces came highly recommended and I was impressed from the very onset. The finely and well stocked display area was clean and he was very good at describing the units and there differences. I learned a lot about gas log inserts and there qualities in a short amount of time. Once my order was placed and the work began I continued to be pleased. My 4 day project required a total of 8 workers that was respectful of my home and me and worked as a clean professional team. Each stage of this project required specific tradesmen that worked in a very timely manner. I am so very pleased with the outcome. My clean burning gas log insert fireplace looks just as a brick faced fireplace should!”

“We bought our fireplace (a gas insert) for our new home, a 1952 house in Sausalito, 3 years ago. So glad the showroom manager advised us to get the blower option with our unit. We have a big open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining room. The fireplace is sufficient to warm up the space and provide a cozy atmosphere. We love it. The installation technician was fast and clean. He made certain. we felt confident about operating our unit before leaving. Last week, the remote control stopped working and had to be replaced .. We stopped by the store and they had one in stock. Sync’ing the remote to the unit was very simple. And we appreciated the follow up call from Brian to confirm that all was well. The folks at London Chimney, showroom and service, are very professional. Our experience with them has been very positive.”

“Gerard is a true artist. He quickly understood our love for modern, simple lines and recommended designs that fit really nicely with the rest of the house's designs. He built a very large aluminum frame for the gas powered fireplace that created a beautiful, remarkable addition to our formal living room. The work took longer than expected as Gerard wouldn't settle for anything but the highest quality and smoothest finish.”

“These people were great to us, handled every step of installation professionally. We’ve had our fireplace over 5 years now and they have joyfully walked me verbally through changing batteries and setting. When our gas line (installed by another company) feeding the fireplace sprung a leak they responded quickly to my call to resolve the issue. The warranty is great - and If I need it, I believe they’ll stand by it. I would buy from them again.”

“Buck Factory Outlet did a beautiful job removing and replacing our gas direct fireplace. They were able to take out the old fireplace with minimal damage to the interior facing and exterior walls. The new one fit in very well and the original facing and mantel was reinstalled perfectly. We now have a more modern look and will enjoy the flame and warmth next winter.”
