“Buck Factory Outlet did a beautiful job removing and replacing our gas direct fireplace. They were able to take out the old fireplace with minimal damage to the interior facing and exterior walls. The new one fit in very well and the original facing and mantel was reinstalled perfectly. We now have a more modern look and will enjoy the flame and warmth next winter.”

He built a very large aluminum frame for the gas powered fireplace that created a beautiful, remarkable addition to our formal living room. The work took longer than expected as Gerard wouldn't settle for anything but the highest quality and smoothest finish.”

“These people were great to us, handled every step of installation professionally. We’ve had our fireplace over 5 years now and they have joyfully walked me verbally through changing batteries and setting. When our gas line (installed by another company) feeding the fireplace sprung a leak they responded quickly to my call to resolve the issue. The warranty is great - and If I need it, I believe they’ll stand by it. I would buy from them again.”
