We were kept fully informed during the construction and shipping. The doors quality and craftsmanship is clear, the fit excellent. I installed the doors myself and worked very closely on the doors and inspected them thoroughly without any issues. These are truly old world, hand crafted quality and appearance. Now that they are installed we are enjoying the doors and having fires, they are beautiful and give a finished and classy look to the rooms. “Our house came with a pre-installed linear gas fireplace with no surround. For two years, I tried to convince myself that it was modern and that I would get used to it, but I never did. All the while, I had Studio Design Works' Malibu fireplace photo pinned to my inspiration board. I finally took the plunge a few weeks ago and called for a consultation.... BEST DECISION EVER! Wayne, the owner, responded quickly and came to discuss color and sizing options. Within days, he sent a CAD rendering along with the proposal for a custom mantel, surround, and hearth. Three weeks after accepting the estimate, Arturo and another installer arrived. They were incredibly careful and detail oriented, protecting our floors with paper and drop cloths. Francois was so helpful explaining everything and suggesting the appropriate mantel for the proportion of the room. He made a couple of color samples and sent them overnight at his expense. The project came ahead of schedule. We are planning a fountain for our circular drive and plan on using them again.”

“In the last few month i had a constant headache and all around cold that didn't really pass. My friend recommended a air duct cleaning as a solution for my health situation. The technician came on time, explained the job that he came to do as i don't know anything about air duct. He cleaned everyone of the ducts and sanitized my house as well. “Unbelievable Service, Amazing Technicians , Best Experience Ever!! I am truly blown away with the quality of service provided by the team members who run this incredible company. My experience, I had a major leak coming into my sons bedroom. The leak appeared to be coming in from the chimney or from the concrete tile shingles surrounding the roof near the fireplace. I had 3 roofing companies come out and charge me an arm and a leg with no benefit whatsoever. During the crazy heavy rains we have been having which have lasted almost 2 weeks straight I called Fireplace Solutions and spoke with Ms. Sahar who is the daughter of the owner of the company. I explained to her my urgency as to stopping the leak into my sons bedroom as it was causing mold and could not wait. Sahar took it on her own to set up an emergency appointment the same day, after hours, AT NO EXTRA COST just to try to stop the leak before the rains started again the next morning. Due to our chimney being over 3 stories high and having zero safe access without installing scaffolding, she had 3 different sets up technicians come out again AT NO EXTRA CHARGE until one was able to find a safe approach to reaching the top of the fireplace so she could have them cover the top with plastic just to ensure that the leak was in fact coming in from the top of the fireplace and not the roof thereby avoiding to have to charge my family for a repair which would not address the problem. Her efforts prevented the leaks and confirmed that the defect was in fact in the chimney and now she has scheduled a new appointment to do the actual work for an extremely fair and reasonable price! I am so grateful to Sahar & Reza for all of their hard work, ethics , honesty and professionalism. I have never had such an experience and will refer this amazing company to all my friends and family!”
