“It was such a pleasure to work with Todd Bousman! He is a true professional and the level of service he provides is clients is priceless. He really listens to what you want, and what you think you want and keeps tirelessly searching and thinking of other options you weren't think of to find you that perfect home! Being new to the So.Cal. housing market isn't easy, it's quite honestly a SHOCK to 3x as much for half the house as we were used to in the mid-west. “Bruno and his team were a pleasure to work with for the sale of my Westwood condo. I was referred through my Stanford network. The things that stood out the most about Bruno to me were his responsiveness / follow up and attention to detail (going above what is required of an agent). It was also important to me to engage an energetic and tech / social media savvy agent in today's competitive brokerage environment (which Bruno is). My condo ended up selling for approximately 10% above asking price after receiving 7 offers the week after the first Sunday open house.
