“The Fornetto outdoor wood burning oven was a great idea. Not only is it simple and economical to use, but the quality of food, that is the end result, will have your mouth watering. The pizzas cook through and the crust is to die for, the flavor can not be beat. I am excited to try the great recipes suggested by our sales person, and to use the flavored wood chip option on the oven and grill some meats/fish/veggies. I can even bake deserts, a nice warm cobbler sounds good. This was the perfect addition to our patio set. The memories and fun it has created for my family can not be beat. Thank you NYC Fireplaces for your excellent customer service and high quality items. Your establishment was highly recommended.”

“This product allows you to safely add a fire feature anywhere without costly flues, and gas lines. Not only that in many cases a fire feature just would not be possible. Burns very clean and the optional insert make it so you can have candles in the place during the warmer months. Very well executed.”

“I stopped in to have a look at upgrading my existing fireplace. I met a man named Mike and he was extremely helpful and had every answer to all of my questions. After doing some research and price comparison, this was obviously the best bank for my buck. They offer great financing programs and got me approved in no time. After signing my contract, the next day the main office had contacted me about a site check. Scheduled me for an appointment within a week. After the site check was finished, the next day I was on the schedule for an install. On the day of the install, the Installer came and was extremely knowledgeable, the install took no longer than 3 hours and I could not be happier with the outcome, I highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for upgrading their fireplace !!”

We realized early in the conversation that I live outside an area he can service, however, that didn’t stop him from offering his professional insights and still take the time to provide me with help. I would have definitely purchased from him, however, since I couldn’t, I’m providing this review. 5-star customer service!”

“As a GC I rely on professionals to work with me to produce the beautiful homes my clients desire. At Taylor's Hearth & Leisure they get it, they are very professional. From the design to the completed project, they worked with us to create a beautiful room for our clients. On time and accountable for the installation, great suggestions, help with timing excellent in every way. From the first call over to Taylor's when Penny answered and was so helpful to our clients, I knew we picked the folks we will be working with for many years to come. We have been working with them since 2013. I have included some of the fireplace pics we have done over the years together with the folks at Taylor's. Keep checking back and we will have the latest pics of this project up there as well.”
