“Contracted for a gunite swimming pool in 1988. Was completed on time and to specification at the proposed budget. A major success. “Best pool company I have ever worked with. From start to finish, the owner is always on the job. We had a different company build our pool and the only thing we got out of that build was aggravation. Work was sub-contracted out, we were overpriced, over promised and under delivered. Jason's company came in and fixed many of our issues. He even went above and beyond on my daughters birthday when the morning off the heater stopped working. Jason was there first thing and got it up and running for the birthday party. He even brought a birthday present. 1st Class All the way!”

“I hired Tom to design and build our gunite pool based on recommendations from the firm that did our landscaping. In my experience, pool builders are a sketchy bunch - I called no fewer than 4 companies for quotes. 2 never even bothered to show up to quote, 1 spent an hour measuring and never came back with a quote, and the final one was at my house for 10 minutes, wrote a number on a piece of paper and handed it to me - no details on equipment, lights, etc. Just a number and he left. Read other pool builder reviews and you'll see the same. Tom showed up numerous occasions to discuss the pool's function (are you doing laps, playing with kids, just floating with a drink?), and ultimately he's the one we hired. He hit every deadline, kept every promise, and has done a truly professional job for us. I probably could have spent less, but I am sure we would have paid in the end in lesser equipment, lesser quality, and more headaches. Pay now or pay later is what I always find in construction. I highly recommend Custom Pool Pros, and would use them again.”

“We worked with Nick to construct our gunite pool in October of 2013 and we couldn't be happier with the final product. We spoke to many pool companies in Fairfield county, but in the end it was his keen eye for design and extensive experience in the pool industry that really helped solidify our decision. He had our best interests at heart the entire time we worked with him across every detail, from the exact color of plaster we wanted down to the best and most practical material to use for our patio (that wouldn't be too hot on our young kids' feet.) He's an honest guy who was never trying to sell us the most expensive product…he actually steered us away from the original patio material we thought we wanted (that was much more expensive) and we're so happy he did. We had a perfect summer enjoying our pool and spa. This past month, we even had him back with his crew to install a drainage system in our yard. It was a pretty extensive project that they made look very easy. They completed it quickly without any hiccups. After the experiences we have had with Nick, we would highly recommend using in2blue design on your pool project.”
