“An exceptional, personal service that I would highly recommend! Rebecca designed my kitchen. She asked me questions about what was important to me. She looked at zones and areas of use and made sure there was plenty of storage. She helped me visualise and bring ideas to life. Small touches and recommendations made all the difference. She didn't mind if I changed my mind, she embraced it and went with it, nothing seemed too much trouble and I always felt that my needs and wants were at the core of everything she did.”

“I have loved working with Lydia. She took my 5 year olds sons likes and interests and created a beautiful room that will grow with him. She worked really closely with us and produced beautiful mood boards and room plans that really helped us see her vision. I'm so pleased we chose to work with Lydia, she worked so hard doing much of the work herself and brought on board excellent tradesmen where necessary. We're already in discussions for the next room, Lydia is fabulous and I would recommend!!”

“I enlisted the services of Whitemore & Thwaytes to refurbish my holiday cottage in the North Pennines. Louie and the team were professional throughout the entire process, suggesting new colour schemes, and furnishings to really bring the cottage up to date whilst maintaining its warm cosy charm. I felt confident leaving a lot of the work to them, and they had the contacts to get the job done quickly in a co-ordinated way. Especially helped me out as I live 3 hours away, and co-ordinating a project like this from that distance would have been very difficult. Really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend. Thank you Louie, Maureen and the team at Whitemore & Thwaytes!”

“I haven't always loved my Bathroom. At one point it was a miserable, impractical space. I went to Cherie to a vague idea and a budget to give it a make over. She worked with me and with in my budget to create a space that is not only a functional family bathroom but also pretty to look at. She organised everything from tiles to taps. Involving me in all the decision making and clearly explaining every option and how well it would work for our family. She organised the purchasing and fitting of it too. Helping the makeover to flow smoothly with the least amount of stress, time and disruption to my busy work/family life.”

“Heidi came and designed the three bathrooms in our house - she came up with lots of different designs and we worked her very hard, she was very willing and listened to our style preferences and she helped source the furniture. Will definately be using Heidi again on any projects we have, it really helped hold the tradesmen accountable to have a design from the beginning.”

“George and Ray were tasked with project managing our extension and loft conversion. This involved merging our current kitchen living room and conservatory into one large living area/kitchen. Their designs were excellent and the attention to detail provided has ultimately given us a great looking new family area and a sizable new en-suite bedroom. The work undertaken has been of the highest standard and they were always on hand through the difficult building process to make sure everything was as it should be. Sibylle is a highly professional designer with really good, creative ideas and she has an outstanding work ethic. Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Sibylle made the entire property improvement process a comfortable and pleasant experience. On first engagement with Sibylle, she provided us with a clear outline of the project, so everyone involved was clear on the plan. During the process, I have to say she would go above and beyond and was always on hand if needed. We have many projects coming up and we will definitely be contacting Sibylle for her expertise going forward!”
