This project features a six-foot addition on the back of the home, allowing us to open up the kitchen and family room for this young and active family. These spaces were redesigned to accommodate a large open kitchen, featuring cabinets in a beautiful sage color, that opens onto the dining area and family room. Natural stone countertops add texture to the space without dominating the room. The powder room footprint stayed the same, but new cabinetry, mirrors, and fixtures compliment the bold wallpaper, making this space surprising and fun, like a piece of statement jewelry in the middle of the home. The kid's bathroom is youthful while still being able to age with the children. An ombre pink and white floor tile is complimented by a greenish/blue vanity and a coordinating shower niche accent tile. White walls and gold fixtures complete the space. The primary bathroom is more sophisticated but still colorful and full of life. The wood-style chevron floor tiles anchor the room while more light and airy tones of white, blue, and cream finish the rest of the space. The freestanding tub and large shower make this the perfect retreat after a long day.

This secondary bathroom was remodeled with the furry friends in mind. The shower needed to function well when the pups needed a bath and that is why we put in a sliding glass shower door instead of a hinged door that would get in the way. Also the location of the toilet made a hinged door a little impractical. We love this black and white palette that although seems neutral is given a pop with the patterned tile!

We love the combination of the vanity's cabinet stain paired with the countertop and stainless steal accessories. It the perfect color combination in this compact space!

These clients were ready to turn their existing home into their dream home. They wanted to completely gut their main floor to improve the function of the space. Some walls were taken down, others moved, powder room relocated and lots of storage space added to their kitchen. The homeowner loves to bake and cook and really wanted a larger kitchen as well as a large informal dining area for lots of family gatherings. We took this project from concept to completion, right down to furnishings and accessories.

We began this beautiful project at the pre-build stage with our clients and managed it from beginning to end. This project is luxury condo living on a golf course. Our client loved all shades of blues, and we incorporated them in each and every room throughout the home. The classy furnishings and cozy decor create a warm, inviting ambience. The first thing you notice about this property is the stunning views of the mountains, and our clients wanted to showcase this. We selected pieces that complement and highlight the scenery. Our clients were in love with their brown leather couches, so we knew we wanted to keep them from the beginning. This was the focal point for the selections in the living room, and we were able to create a cohesive, rustic, mountain-chic space. The home office was another critical part of the project as both clients work from home. We repurposed a handmade table that was made by the client’s family and used it as a double-sided desk. We painted the fireplace in a gorgeous green accent to make it pop. Finding the balance between statement pieces and statement views made this project a unique and incredibly rewarding experience. --- Project designed by Miami interior designer Margarita Bravo.
