These homeowners came to us to renovate a number of areas of their home. In their formal powder bath they wanted a sophisticated polished room that was elegant and custom in design. The formal powder was designed around stunning marble and gold wall tile with a custom starburst layout coming from behind the center of the birds nest round brass mirror. A white floating quartz countertop houses a vessel bowl sink and vessel bowl height faucet in polished nickel, wood panel and molding’s were painted black with a gold leaf detail which carried over to the ceiling for the WOW.

This powder room room use to have plaster walls and popcorn ceilings until we transformed this bathroom to something fun and cheerful so your guest will always be wow'd when they use it. The fun palm tree wallpaper really brings a lot of fun to this space. This space is all about the wallpaper. Decorative Moulding was applied on the crown to give this space more detail. The three-level Mediterranean revival home started as a 1930s summer cottage that expanded downward and upward over time. We used a clean, crisp white wall plaster with bronze hardware throughout the interiors to give the house continuity. A neutral color palette and minimalist furnishings create a sense of calm restraint. Subtle and nuanced textures and variations in tints add visual interest. The stair risers from the living room to the primary suite are hand-painted terra cotta tile in gray and off-white. We used the same tile resource in the kitchen for the island's toe kick.

After purchasing this Sunnyvale home several years ago, it was finally time to create the home of their dreams for this young family. With a wholly reimagined floorplan and primary suite addition, this home now serves as headquarters for this busy family. The wall between the kitchen, dining, and family room was removed, allowing for an open concept plan, perfect for when kids are playing in the family room, doing homework at the dining table, or when the family is cooking. The new kitchen features tons of storage, a wet bar, and a large island. The family room conceals a small office and features custom built-ins, which allows visibility from the front entry through to the backyard without sacrificing any separation of space. The primary suite addition is spacious and feels luxurious. The bathroom hosts a large shower, freestanding soaking tub, and a double vanity with plenty of storage. The kid's bathrooms are playful while still being guests to use. Blues, greens, and neutral tones are featured throughout the home, creating a consistent color story. Playful, calm, and cheerful tones are in each defining area, making this the perfect family house.
