TS4 Living Lochiel Park House #3

This is the third home to be developed at Lochiel Park Green Village by TS4 Living, the team behind Australia’s first designed and built Zero Carbon House (winner of the SA Government Zero Carbon Challenge) and demonstrates what is possible on a small suburban site of only 375 square meters. The void between floors not only creates a wonderful architectural space soaring upwards some 6m but also forms an integral part of the home's cooling system in the form of a thermal flue which is assisted by high level electrically openable windows.
