Part of a newly constructed LEED Certified custom home, this outdoor living room is visible inside the main house. Charming and cozy, the space can be enjoyed, and is easily accessible. During the spring and summer months, the doors to the main house are left ajar to allow for cool breezes. The stone flooring is magnificent.
