Exposed Concrete ceiling gives a contemporary industrial feel. "Can" style lights with electrical wiring cast into the concrete slabs during construction. Despite the hard surfaces the acoustic separation between floors is excellent thanks to the thickness of the concrete combined with rubberized underlay to the floor tiles.
