MELENDREZ’s Residence

The Melendrez family hire us to do the architecture & construction of their three bedroom apartment. The full interior renovation calls for new interior layout which includes relocating the kitchen and adding a powder room. Exposing a fireplace and an existing brick walls around the living room area.
