LCM PLUS Partners with DPW to Upgrade Bellevue/Lynn Fells Parkway Island

LCM PLUS has partnered with the Department of Public Works to construct a new Adopt-A-Site within the traffic island at the intersection of the Lynn Fells Parkway with Bellevue Avenue.
