Highgate House

The Clients bought this large 1930’s house in North London, which was in need of complete interior and exterior refurbishment. They wanted to create a flexible home for a large family and provide formal and informal entertaining spaces, which can adapt with the family requirements. They wanted to use high quality, durable materials to create a practical family home with understated elegance. A hardwood floor with underfloor heating runs throughout the house, the ground floor can be considered as one large space or closed off to create privacy and the top floor provides a separate bedroom suite.
