Located in Studio City's Wrightwood Estates, Levi Construction’s latest residency is a two-story mid-century modern home that was re-imagined and extensively remodeled with a designer’s eye for detail, beauty and function. Beautifully positioned on a 9,600-square-foot lot with approximately 3,000 square feet of perfectly-lighted interior space. The open floorplan includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, gorgeous chef’s kitchen featuring Viking appliances, a smart WiFi refrigerator, and high-tech, smart home technology throughout. There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the first floor there are three large bedrooms, three bathrooms and a maid’s room with separate entrance. A custom walk-in closet and amazing bathroom complete the master retreat. The second floor has another large bedroom and bathroom with gorgeous views to the valley. The backyard area is an entertainer’s dream featuring a grassy lawn, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, dining pavilion, seating area with contemporary fire pit and an elevated deck to enjoy the beautiful mountain view. The owners of this New Braunfels house have a love of Spanish Colonial architecture, and were influenced by the McNay Art Museum in San Antonio. The home elegantly showcases their collection of furniture and artifacts. Handmade cement tiles are used as stair risers, and beautifully accent the Saltillo tile floor.

My client had forever dreamed of having a dining room where none of the dining chairs matched. She had collected art and beautiful accessories during her world travels, and I chose colors in those pieces to select the chair upholstery. There are 3 different fabrics used amongst 6 completely different Theodore Alexander dining chairs. The result is eclectic and stunning!

We began with a structurally sound 1950’s home. The owners sought to capture views of mountains and lake with a new second story, along with a complete rethinking of the plan. Basement walls and three fireplaces were saved, along with the main floor deck. The new second story provides a master suite, and professional home office for him. A small office for her is on the main floor, near three children’s bedrooms. The oldest daughter is in college; her room also functions as a guest bedroom. A second guest room, plus another bath, is in the lower level, along with a media/playroom and an exercise room. The original carport is down there, too, and just inside there is room for the family to remove shoes, hang up coats, and drop their stuff. The focal point of the home is the flowing living/dining/family/kitchen/terrace area. The living room may be separated via a large rolling door. Pocketing, sliding glass doors open the family and dining area to the terrace, with the original outdoor fireplace/barbeque. When slid into adjacent wall pockets, the combined opening is 28 feet wide.

Ristrutturazione completa di residenza storica in centro Città. L'abitazione si sviluppa su tre piani di cui uno seminterrato ed uno sottotetto L'edificio è stato trasformato in abitazione con attenzione ai dettagli e allo sviluppo di ambienti carichi di stile. Attenzione particolare alle esigenze del cliente che cercava uno stile classico ed elegante.

Работа над этим проектом имела свои уникальные особенности, связанные с пожеланиями заказчика и исходными данными квартиры. Необходимо было сделать две отдельные жилые комнаты и кухню-столовую. В квартире только 3 окна, расположенные в одной стене, это и определило размещение и габариты комнат, в каждой из которых должно быть окно. Холл и санузлы находятся у противоположной стены. Таким образом планировка, которую мы предложили практически не отличается от исходной.
