This blue ice sandstone terrace has a cooling effect to this comfortable outdoor living space that offers a wide-open area to lounge next to the custom-designed pool. The loggia exterior of limed brick connects to the main house right off the hearth room and is embellished with mahogany shutters flanking the French doors with a bleaching oil finish.

Highlighted in this project was a themed backyard that was inspired by luxury from the gold chairs to the black lagoon finish and it's Roman geometric shape. This project screams Versace! The decking we used was a white marble and the accessory structure was built to mimic the arches of the swimming pool. This accessory structure was topped off with a beautiful chandelier hanging center piece. Also, a crystalized material was added to the plaster to create an extra shimmer!

This is an absolutely stunning home located in Scottsdale, Arizona at the base of Camelback Mountain that we at Stucco Renovations Of Arizona were fortunate enough to install the stucco system on. This home has a One-Coat stucco system with a Dryvit Smooth integral-color synthetic stucco finish. This is one of our all-time favorite projects we have worked on due to the tremendous detail that went in to the house and relentlessly perfect design. Owner, architect, and site merged a design from their mutual association with the river. Located on the edge of Goose Creek, the owner was drawn to the site, reminiscent of a river from his youth that he used to tube down with friends and a 6-pack of beer. The architect, although growing up a country way, had similar memories along the water. Design gains momentum from conversations of built forms they recall floating along: mills and industrial compounds lining waterways that once acted as their lifeline. The common memories of floating past stone abutments and looking up at timber trussed bridges from below inform the interior. The concept extends into the hardscape in piers, and terraces that recall those partial elements remaining in and around the river. ©️Maxwell MacKenzie

Too many features to list, this infinity pool with a 360" reflection spa is integrated seamlessly into a landscape setting of eggshell floating polished concrete floors and flower beds, black polished concrete plinths, decking and spectacular fauna. The pool and floating slabs are accentuated with coloured led lights illuminating the custom blended bisazza tiles. In essence this pool was built to impress, whether used to relax or party, it has it all.
