MARGARITA BRAVOThe first thing you notice about this property is the stunning views of the mountains, and our clients wanted to showcase this. We selected pieces that complement and highlight the scenery. Our clients were in love with their brown leather couches, so we knew we wanted to keep them from the beginning. This was the focal point for the selections in the living room, and we were able to create a cohesive, rustic, mountain-chic space. The home office was another critical part of the project as both clients work from home. We repurposed a handmade table that was made by the client’s family and used it as a double-sided desk. We painted the fireplace in a gorgeous green accent to make it pop.
Finding the balance between statement pieces and statement views made this project a unique and incredibly rewarding experience.

Having relocated from California, they sought a home that truly represented their family's identity and catered to their lifestyle. ballonSTUDIO interiors & remodelingOur San Francisco studio designed this beautiful four-story home for a young newlywed couple to create a warm, welcoming haven for entertaining family and friends. In the living spaces, we chose a beautiful neutral palette with light beige and added comfortable furnishings in soft materials. The kitchen is designed to look elegant and functional, and the breakfast nook with beautiful rust-toned chairs adds a pop of fun, breaking the neutrality of the space. In the game room, we added a gorgeous fireplace which creates a stunning focal point, and the elegant furniture provides a classy appeal. On the second floor, we went with elegant, sophisticated decor for the couple's bedroom and a charming, playful vibe in the baby's room. The third floor has a sky lounge and wine bar, where hospitality-grade, stylish furniture provides the perfect ambiance to host a fun party night with friends. In the basement, we designed a stunning wine cellar with glass walls and concealed lights which create a beautiful aura in the space. The outdoor garden got a putting green making it a fun space to share with friends.

Versa HomesThis "Palatial Villa" is an architectural statement, amidst a sprawling country setting. An elegant, modern revival of the Spanish Tudor style, the high-contrast white stucco and black details pop against the natural backdrop.
Round and segmental arches lend an air of European antiquity, and fenestrations are placed providently, to capture picturesque views for the occupants. Massive glass sliding doors and modern high-performance, low-e windows, bathe the interior with natural light and at the same time increase efficiency, with the highest-rated air-leakage and water-penetration resistance.
Inside, the lofty ceilings, rustic beam detailing, and wide-open floor-plan inspire a vast feel. Patterned repetition of dark wood and iron elements unify the interior design, creating a dynamic contrast with the white, plaster faux-finish walls.
A high-efficiency furnace, heat pump, heated floors, and Control 4 automated environmental controls ensure occupant comfort and safety. The kitchen, wine cellar, and adjoining great room flow naturally into an outdoor entertainment area. A private gym and his-and-hers offices round out a long list of luxury amenities.
With thoughtful design and the highest quality craftsmanship in every detail, Palatial Villa stands out as a gleaming jewel, set amongst charming countryside environs.
Kimberlee Marie InteriorsOur Seattle studio designed this stunning 5,000+ square foot Snohomish home to make it comfortable and fun for a wonderful family of six.
On the main level, our clients wanted a mudroom. So we removed an unused hall closet and converted the large full bathroom into a powder room. This allowed for a nice landing space off the garage entrance. We also decided to close off the formal dining room and convert it into a hidden butler's pantry. In the beautiful kitchen, we created a bright, airy, lively vibe with beautiful tones of blue, white, and wood. Elegant backsplash tiles, stunning lighting, and sleek countertops complete the lively atmosphere in this kitchen.
On the second level, we created stunning bedrooms for each member of the family. In the primary bedroom, we used neutral grasscloth wallpaper that adds texture, warmth, and a bit of sophistication to the space creating a relaxing retreat for the couple. We used rustic wood shiplap and deep navy tones to define the boys' rooms, while soft pinks, peaches, and purples were used to make a pretty, idyllic little girls' room.
In the basement, we added a large entertainment area with a show-stopping wet bar, a large plush sectional, and beautifully painted built-ins. We also managed to squeeze in an additional bedroom and a full bathroom to create the perfect retreat for overnight guests.
For the decor, we blended in some farmhouse elements to feel connected to the beautiful Snohomish landscape. We achieved this by using a muted earth-tone color palette, warm wood tones, and modern elements. The home is reminiscent of its spectacular views – tones of blue in the kitchen, primary bathroom, boys' rooms, and basement; eucalyptus green in the kids' flex space; and accents of browns and rust throughout.

Liff.space - by Filipa MarquesUn espacio dedicado al trabajo desde casa pero convertible en un cuarto de hospedes. La cliente queria un espacio atrevido, que no fuera aburrido, ya que pasaria grande parte de su dia encerrada trabajando. Con visión en tonos verdes, optamos por un tono rico y oscuro, con un gota de azul, para ofrecer un contraste elegante con el suelo original recuperado. La lineal horizontal amplifica nuestra percepción de espacio y crea un fondo de pantalla interesante para las reuniones online. La cliente ha usado uno de sus muebles anteriores, una cama de estudio extensible, que sirve como un sofá lounge durante el uso de trabajo y se convierte en cama en caso de visitas.
MARGARITA BRAVOOur Denver studio designed the office area for the Designer Showhouse, and it’s all about female empowerment. Our design language expresses a powerful, well-traveled woman who is also the head of a family and creates subtle, calm strength and harmony. The decor used to achieve the idea is a medley of color, patterns, sleek furniture, and a built-in library that is busy, chaotic, and yet calm and organized.

Samantha Watkins McRaeIn order to bring this off plan apartment to life, we created and added some much needed bespoke joinery pieces throughout. Optimised for this families' needs, the joinery includes a specially designed floor to ceiling piece in the day room with its own desk, providing some much needed work-from-home space. The interior has received some carefully curated furniture and finely tuned fittings and fixtures to inject the character of this wonderful family and turn a white cube into their new home.
