Our Property Owners Association decided to invest in a security gate for the neighborhood entrance in 2010. Southeast gate owner, Matt, helped us design a unique gate to fit our particular sloping entrance, and gave us a couple options to choose from regarding mechanisms for operating the gate. He also ensured we considered additional safety options for emergency situations (i.e. a ‘yelp’ option for EMS vehicle access). The gate has been working very well for nearly 5 years now. Whenever there has been an issue (few and far between), Matt has been extremely responsive to check out what might be wrong, and also very quick to fix the problem.
