“The Big Picture team led by Ciaran are a team you can trust, from the first meeting, to installation, snagging and follow up service, they have been friendly, trustworthy and professional. They helped with the design and budget, no hard sell, just the facts and where needed a visit to see what might be is worth looking into. We had a large spare bedroom that I wanted to change into a man room, after meeting with Ciaran we agreed a budget and specification that allowed me to install a top end fixed cinema room with fantastic sound and vision. (I’m now unable to stop my friends and family from visiting every weekend) He also supported us with advice on colour schemes and picked up my extras as part of the project at the right cost to make sure that budget did no grow legs. If in doubt, visit a show house you will be blown away! I have no hesitation in recommending "The Big Picture" team, you'll love it Danny Flanagan”

“Having reviewed all the main smart home systems out there for our new-build home, completed in October 2021, we settled on Niko due to its power and flexibility. Thomas listened to our list of requirements - from lighting and blind control, to heating, security, whole-house network and wifi - and efficiently guided us through the design process, proposing a range of innovative solutions for each area. For what can be a technically daunting subject, Thomas was great at answering all our questions throughout and ensuring everything was clear in terms of the technology, process and pricing. Liaising closely with our suppliers and other contractors to make sure everything was joined-up, Thomas carried out the installation swiftly and painlessly, taking time and care to ensure we were happy with the way everything was set up and configured. The post-installation service from Smart Control Technologies is also excellent - Thomas was available to answer any subsequent questions or concerns, so we always felt in safe hands.”
