“I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron Shaby on the fairly complicated installation of a new TV for my client. I had designed a custom entertainment center, and Ron had to work carefully in a tight space to install all of the media equipment, route wires, hide cords - and do it all without marring the specialty finish on the new cabinet! But, even before installing, Ron made an initial trip to the client's home to identify what would be needed for the project, and while there, he explained that a sound bar mounted below the TV would be ideal for sound clarity. Apparently, the built-in speakers on flat-screen TVs are not that great. She agreed, and I have to say, after hearing the sound, it felt like we were in a movie theater with surround sound. He really knows his stuff! I was amazed at how quickly he worked, and while my client and I were reviewing fabrics in another room, it seemed that in almost no time, Ron came to tell us the installation was complete. He gave us a tutorial, demonstrating how the different remotes worked and teaching us even how to get downloaded music to play through the new speaker. His professionalism, knowledge and customer service are impeccable, and I look forward to working with him on future projects!”

“I decided to install new Security cameras on my home because my I wasn't satisfied with my old system. I heard about Audio Pro Diurect from my business partner and I checked system and his house and it was excellent so I called them. We set up a meeting and technician came to my house and we disccused about a project. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we made a deal. Severa days after that technicians installed security system. I was more than satisfied with it, very modern, easy to use, just perfect. “I have worked with this company for many years. They have been very professional. If an upgrade issue comes up pertaining to my many T.V.'s or audio software there are very responsive and timely. Would recommend them for a small job or the largest of jobs, multi-room, outside or indoor theater. Also they are a one shop company , I had them install cameras security and alarm and they did a great job.”

“We have hired Executive Audio Video twice. Once to upgrade our family room TV and add an audio system, and most recently to add an audio system to our patio. We were hesitant to upgrade our home, because we typically find equipment to be unattractive; however Executive Audio Video really showed us how seamless it can be. They made sure the all wiring, equipment, and speakers are either hidden or blend flawlessly with the room. They were amazing! They provided us with a few different options and were very responsive to changes we made. They installed all the equipment, programmed universal remotes, and most importantly patiently taught us how to get the most of of the system. The sound quality is phenomenal on our patio! We will be calling Executive Audio Video for all future work!”
