“We engaged Audio File to design, supply, install and configure a complete integrated home automation system including full Audio/Visual, Lighting, Networking, Heating, CCTV and Alarm system. Stephen and the installation team were there every step of the way to ensure that the system worked exactly as it needed to and have been on hand since then to promptly help with the few technical issues that have occurred since completion. “We used Robert/Absolute Sound & Vision to set up the Control4 system & WiFi connection (including boosters) after moving house. Robert & his team set up the system across the whole house to work for us and took time to understand our needs. He set up surround sound for the cinema room and multiple sky boxes as well as the other parts of the system, lighting, doorbell etc. It was a pleasure dealing with Robert, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have had to contact Robert a couple of times since installation a year ago and none of our queries are too big or too small for him. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again and would definitely recommend. You won’t find better”

“Pinchpoint provided a highly professional, pro active and reliable service. I had worked with other AV professionals on previous refurbishments but Pinchpoint provided a far more comprehensive service throughout the project and afterwards. From initial meetings at my office to understand needs and budget, to drafting plans and specs, to liaising with other professionals and most importantly in the implementation of my specified systems. The quality of their approach and delivery was outstanding and the installations are a major upgrade on other providers. Any problems were immediately dealt with and they made sure that the spec was continuously updated for any improvements launched in the market but without blowing budget constraints. After the job was completed Pinchpoint provided me with a control sheet of all my equipment, logins and subscriptions and now monitor everything to ensure all remains in order. After sales service is very high. Dealing with Pinchpoint was like dealing with a blue chip professional services provider. Responsive, technical and passionate about delivering a high quality product within budget.”
