Once I called Nathan for repair and while we were talking on the phone my doorbell rang, it was Nathan. On another occasion during a party with a house full of people my audio decided to stop working. I called Nathan and he could not resolve the issue over the phone he came to my home about 10 PM and made everything great again. Amazing skill, amazing service.
