“A few months ago my relatives house got burgled, after hearing his experience I came to the realisation that everything I own and cherish is located within my house. When I thought about this and how my partner and children would feel in the house of we ever did get burgled I took the decision to properly secure my home. We already had an alarm but I think most experienced thieves know most people don't arm them at night so I thought we should have some camera's if for nothing else but to discourage potential burglars. I took the recommended route; got 5 quotes from firms in the area, listened to what they had to say and what they could do for us. I chose IM Electrical as it was clear that the boys had done this before and knew what they were talking about. They suggested new ideas that other firms didn't and the price was reasonable compared to others as well. The boys gave me a date when they could start, a clear quote that I could understand for all the work and informed me throughout the job what they were doing or about to do. They even cleaned up after themselves which you can't say for every company that you invite into your home. They updated my alarm and made it easier to alarm at night and installed a 4 camera CCTV set. I can now check that the house is OK when I'm away or check who's at the door late at night. They finished exactly when they said they would and I only paid what the quote said. I was extremely pleased with IM Electricals work and would recommend them to everyone, I now feel a lot safer in my home, money well spent!!”

“The Sonic guys sorted out the entertainment side of our recent renovation project and we couldn't be happier. They installed an incredible home cinema (something thats currently getting a lot of use), sorted out numerous TVs around the house, set up the WiFi and dealt with our home security. The Bens have been an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They spent a lot of time showing us through the options to begin with and great effort was taken to make sure things were a good fit for my family. We feel like real care has been taken and can't recommend them enough!”

“We had our house completely demolished and rebuilt and we needed someone to come in and advise us on what we needed to make the house 'future proof' with regards to getting wifi everywhere, centralising all our media things such as virgin boxes, DVD player, Apple TV etc. we wanted equipment free rooms! ooo and music around the home, easy to use, Sonos was put in for us. We wanted a little more security so we had CCTV fitted as well. These guys were great right from the beginning, explaining things so we could understand, clear on what our options were and at the end supporting us making sure everything was just perfect. I have used them again on something else. Would not hesitate to recommend them.”

It was an interesting process to say the least and we we are delighted with our choice of Design Innovation. Nick, the principal, was interested in identifying our real wants and needs whilst, at the same time, opening our eyes to all possibilities. The detailed proposal and specifications were thorough and easy to understand. The result was a well designed infrastructure based on first class kit at a competitive price. Any teething problems were quickly ironed out and the result is an overall system that has delivered both cost savings against conventional heating, lighting and media and the wow factor. “I highly recommend Christian at Potes Smart homes to provide you with ideas and installation of a smart home. I have had my house retrofitted with the Loxone smart home system and I can highly recommend the service provided. I have so far had the kitchen and bathroom fitted with smart home products including coloured lighting, automatic controlled heating and an integrated music system.
